Split System A/C Service & Repair Information

Split System Diagnosis & Repair $190 Call Out + materials/parts

  • If your unit isn’t working, or working optimally, we can diagnose and recommend repairs. Some repairs may require new parts to be ordered, we will provide a recommendation and quote. Small faults can often be sorted on the day of the call out.

Split System Service $300 p/unit

  • Recommended every 3 years for residential and yearly for busy commercial spaces. This will ensure the longevity and performance of your system for best outcome.

    • Re-gas and replacement parts additional cost if required, however we will advise prior to

    • A service is comprehensive and includes the following;

Indoor Unit:

    • Remove and clean air filters

    • Remove plastic moulding from the front of indoor unit and clean the fins and condensate drain tray

    • Flush out condensate water drain pipe

    • Check all the wiring connections and tighten

    • Replace the plastic moulding and clean/disinfect

    • Refit the air filters

Outdoor Unit:

  • Check the refrigerant gas level

  • Check and tighten all electrical connections

  • Run unit and check all running pressures and current draw

  • Check for gas leaks and tighten all gas fittings

  • Check heating / cooling operation and temperatures
